End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE Chat To Clients Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable 12-month renewable license to use the Growth Engine infrastructure for your internal business operations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- User Data: You retain 100% ownership of your leads and contact lists.

- Proprietary Logic: Chat To Clients Limited retains 100% ownership of all CRM snapshots, n8n, Make, Zapier automation blueprints, AI prompt logic, and system architectures.

3. RESTRICTIONS You shall not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or share any part of the Growth Engine system or training assets with third parties.

4. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

- Suspension: License is suspended if payment is >7 days late and reinstated once paid.

- Termination: Upon license expiration or permanent default (>30 days), the System ceases to exist for your use. We will provide a one-time CSV export of your Contact List only. No workflows or internal logic will be transferred.

5. ACCEPTANCE Accessing the system constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
