Terms of Service (ToS)

1. THE SERVICE Chat To Clients Limited provides a licensed operating system known as the "Growth Engine." By enrolling in either the DIY or Partnership tier, you are committing to a fixed renewable 12-month term.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

- Commitment: You agree to pay the full annual fee as specified at the time of purchase, whether via a "Pay In Full" option or a structured installment plan.

- Default & Revocation: If any payment installment fails, you will be granted a 7-day grace period to rectify the billing issue. Failure to rectify payment within 7 days will result in the immediate revocation of access to the licensed CRM, AI content tools, all associated workflows, and support services.

- Restoration of Access: Upon the successful receipt of all outstanding payments and the bringing of the account into good standing, access to the Growth Engine infrastructure will be re-granted within 24–48 business hours. Please note that termination of the 12-month commitment is not permitted due to temporary access revocation.

3. NO REFUNDS & OWNERSHIP OF SUCCESS

- All Sales Final: Because the Growth Engine involves the immediate installation of proprietary software snapshots, workflows, and intellectual property, we do not provide refunds, credits, or guarantees of any kind.

- Your Responsibility: We provide the engine; you provide the fuel. Chat To Clients Limited is not responsible for your business success, revenue outcomes, or profit margins. That responsibility rests solely on you and your execution. If you are not comfortable with total ownership of your results, DO NOT ENGAGE OUR SERVICES.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Chat To Clients Limited provides the infrastructure for growth but does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of the licensed system.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (MEDIATION FIRST) In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through formal mediation in Labuan, Malaysia, before initiating any legal proceedings.

6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia.
